Direct Funding is for people with a permanent physical disability who want to manage their own attendant care. Administered by the Centre for Independent Living in Toronto (CILT).

Do you live in Ontario and have a valid health card (OHIP)?

Do you have a permanent physical disability?

What do you need help with?

Choose everything that applies. Direct Funding needs at least two, including at least one hands-on task from the first group.
